Our hygiene box makes care at home much easier without requiring a co-payment. Every month, the care aids you need, such as face masks, disposable gloves and disinfectants worth up to €42, are delivered to your home without affecting your care allowance. If you are eligible, both the products and our service are free of co-payment.
This also applies to washable bed protection. We cover the statutory co-payment for you.

What requirements must be met?
Three points generally determine whether the long-term care insurance fund can cover the supply.
A recognised care grade is required
Our service without co-payment is available regardless of the level of the recognised care grade.
Care is provided privately
You care for a relative or are cared for by at least one private individual.
The person lives at home
The person requiring care lives at home or in a shared residence.

Get free adviceIs the hygiene box really free? Who pays?
Yes. If the requirements are met, your hygiene box, including delivery, is free of co-payment. The long-term care insurance fund covers consumable care aids up to €42 per month. Your care allowance is not reduced.
Do I have to order €42 worth every month?
No. This is a maximum amount, not a credit or minimum order value. You order only what you actually need.
Can I change my product selection later?
Yes. If your needs change, we will adjust your product selection. Call us or send us an email.
How does the application process work?
You put together your hygiene box and provide the required details about the person in need of care and the contact person. We then support you with the application and processing with your long-term care insurance fund.
What happens after I have made my selection?
