General terms and conditions

Scope

These terms apply to advice, applications and the supply of care aids by Rümeysa Kansu, trading as hauscura7/24.

Scope of services

hauscura7/24 supports eligible persons in selecting and applying for consumable care aids. The type and scope of supply depend on individual needs, statutory requirements and the decision of the responsible funding body.

Application and conclusion of contract

The selection made on this website is non-binding. Supply begins only after personal coordination, review of the required information and confirmation by hauscura7/24. Where approval by the long-term care insurance fund is required, supply is subject to that approval.

Costs and billing

Where an entitlement exists, hauscura7/24 bills approved care aids to the funding body within the statutory framework. We will inform you in advance of any additional costs outside the approved framework. Such costs are charged only with your explicit consent.

Delivery and product selection

Following successful coordination, delivery is made to the agreed address. If a selected product is unavailable, an equivalent substitute will be provided only after prior agreement.

Changes and termination

Changes to the product selection or personal details can be communicated by telephone or email. Supply may be terminated in accordance with the agreed and statutory conditions.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
